This is a contract of renting only and not of sale, the
undersigned renter agrees that he has rented the item(s)
herein described upon the express condition that it will
at all times remain the property of TSAVI.biz;
that he has examined said item, found it to be in good
condition and will return it in as good condition as
when he received it, ordinary wear and tear excepted;
that he will pay promptly when due all charges which
accrue because of this rental, including damages to said
item. In the event the renter falls to return said item
at the agreed time, or fails to abide by any of the
other terms of this contract, TSAVI.biz may
repossess it without notice to the renter, and
TSAVI.biz is hereby released from all claims arising
there from. TSAVI.biz will not accept any
financial responsibility up to expectations. Any rental
equipment not returned to TSAVI.biz by the due
date will be considered lost or stolen and renter will
accept responsibility for full replacement cost of item.
All charges are based on the time item is in renter’s
possession whether in use or not. TSAVI.biz is
not responsible for accidents or injuries caused
directly or indirectly in the use of the rented item.
Renter is responsible for receiving and retaining a
receipt for returned or picked up items.
Renter accepts responsibility for receiving all items
listed on contract.
CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE UNLESS CANCELLED AT
LEAST 48-HOURS PRIOR TO DELIVERY AND MUST BE MADE WITH
THE SALESPERSON THE ORDER WAS PLACED WITH.
SPARE LAMPS PROVIDED WITH ALL PROJECTION/LIGHTING
EQUIPMENT. ALL SPARE LAMPS AND ANY USED ORIGINALS MUST
BE RETURNED OR CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED.
IN CASE OF EQUIPMENT FAILURE: EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION MUST
BE REPORTED TO A TSAVI.biz EMPLOYEE IMMEDIATELY,
FOR EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT OR RENTAL CREDIT, AT
1-702-312-1455. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN NO CREDIT
EXTENSION. WE HAVE A 24-HOUR ANSWERING SERVICE ON DUTY
TO ASSIST IN CONTACTING US.
Client is responsible for all union labor and drayage
charges when applicable.
